Africa Women in Leadership Conference is an innovative platform created by the Policy Initiative for Economic Development [PIED Africa] for African Women Leaders to share their experiences, challenges, successes, drive change, and to foster collaboration and partnership among African Women.

The target audience includes African women leaders and professionals, policymakers and government officials, business leaders and entrepreneurs, civil society leaders and activists, as well as young women and students interested in leadership and empowerment.
With representatives from across the continent, AWLC brings together voices from over 50 African countries, united in advancing women’s leadership, empowerment, and sustainable development.
